SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days, provided that all information is complete and the product has not been discontinued due to reasons beyond Bedouin Life Concept's control.
If the required information is provided, orders are processed within 24 business hours, during business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (GMT-5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Saturday.

How do you know your order has been confirmed?
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your package's tracking number.

Bedouin Life Concept ships through its strategic partners. Delivery issues, delays, damage, loss, or theft are the responsibility of the shipping operator. However, you can contact us for assistance with tracking: customerservice@bedouinlifeconcept.com

You will receive an email with your purchase confirmation, which will include the tracking number. You can follow up on your package accordingly. Delivery times are not controlled by Bedouin, but rather by the shipping carrier.

The same terms and conditions apply to shipping times and delivery times; however, the customer is responsible for any customs duties. Bedouin Life Concept has no control over any taxes that customers may be charged by each country's customs office.
