EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

Bedouin Life Concept items are guaranteed to be exchanged, provided the merchandise has not been altered by the customer, meaning it has not been previously worn or washed, or has suffered any damage over time.

The request for an exchange and/or refund must be made within the first 10 calendar days after the order has been received. This request must be sent to the following email address: customerservice@bedouinlifeconcept.com

Once the exchange or return request has arrived at the Bedouin store, it will be sent to the quality control department. If your garments are in good enough condition to accept the return, we will exchange them for the requested garments or refund your money using the same method used by the customer within 30-45 business days.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted on sale items or items such as hats, accessories, face masks, and/or swimsuits.

Garment exchanges can be for another size or other item(s).

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

We tell you the steps to do it.

1. Send an email to
customerservice@bedouinlifeconcept.com
with your order number and specify the changes you want to make (please include photos).
2. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility, so you can choose to have your order shipped to the courier of your choice.
Once the customer has the return guide, they must provide it to the same email address they used to contact us. Shipping information can be found in the contact section at the end of the terms and conditions.
3. Send us the product you wish to exchange, which must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, along with the corresponding labels and the same packaging.
4. Once we receive the package, we will verify (through quality control) that the items are in good condition and we will send you the exchange or process the refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Once the return is processed, the refund period will be 30 to 45 business days.
We will keep in touch with you for follow-up.
If the product is not in optimal condition, exchange or refund will not be possible.

WHAT IS THE COST OF EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

The customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the package, both for return and refund.
You can also choose to pick up the exchanged product in-store. To do so, the customer must request an exchange by emailing customerservice@bedouinlifeconcept.com and choosing in-store pickup.
